Kronospan is focused on achieving operational excellence with relentless attention to safety and sustainability.\nTo support our continued growth and operational transformation, we are looking for an AI & Process Digitalisation Specialist to develop, implement and continuously improve AI and machine learning solutions across our Riga operations.\n In this pivotal role, you will drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging artificial intelligence and process optimisation to enhance operational efficiency across the business.\nYour responsibilities will be to:\nDevelop, implement and optimise AI and machine learning solutions for our business processes\nAnalyse large datasets to identify optimisation and efficiency opportunities\nIntegrate AI systems into existing IT infrastructure\nEvaluate and select appropriate AI tools and frameworks\nCollaborate with operational departments to build data-driven solutions\nMonitor, maintain and continuously improve deployed AI models\nSupport the automation of business processes through AI\n Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or equivalent\nSolid knowledge of machine learning, deep learning and data analysis\nProficiency in Python, R or Java\nExperience with common frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn\nFamiliarity with databases and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or GCP)\nAnalytical mindset with a structured, independent approach to problem-solving\nStrong team player with good communication skills\nFluent English;
