HR Support Specialist

Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Handle the filing, storage, and retrieval of HR documents
- Enter a high volume of employment records into our HR databases
- Make travel arrangements
- Support the HR team in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
- Participate in HR Process improvement initiatives
- Assist with projects and coordinate activities
- Other duties as assigned
Must have a passion for excellence
Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong editing skills (grammar, word usage, and spelling)
Strong customer service skills
Neat and professional in appearance
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask is fast paced office environment
