detail focused Import and Purchasing Compliance Controller to join our team.\nThe role combines purchasing, supplier compliance, import and export administration and data management.\n Process and chase purchase orders and supplier confirmations.\nMaintain the supplier database and risk matrix.\nChase and validate ISO certificates, insurance, Codes of Conduct and due diligence questionnaires.\nFile and check import declarations and documentation.\nReconcile custom declarations.\nCollect and maintain information required for CBAM compliance.\nArrange exports and export documentation.\nLiaise with suppliers, auditors, HMRC and other external organisations.\nSupport supplier audits as the role develops.\n We are looking for someone who is:\nHighly organised, reliable and detail focused.\nThrive on building reliable, repeatable processes and can quickly review documentation to ensure it’s correct and meets requirements.\nConfident communicating with suppliers and auditors.\nAble to chase information and follow tasks through to completion.\nComfortable working with databases, spreadsheets and documentation.\nExperienced in purchasing, administration, compliance or import/export is advantageous, but full training will be provided.\n This is a Monday to Friday role offering the opportunity to develop experience across purchasing, supplier management, and international trade and import compliance.\nThe role will also support Kronospan's increasing use of AI and automation to improve data and compliance processes.\nIf you are organised, methodical and
