In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive laboratory testing and analysis on particleboard products to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards. You will work efficiently to maintain accurate documentation, operate specialized laboratory equipment, and collaborate with production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.\nConduct quality control testing on particleboard samples using established laboratory protocols and procedures\nOperate and maintain laboratory equipment, including measurement instruments and testing apparatus\nPerform detailed analysis of test results and compile data into organized reports\nDocument all test findings, measurements, and observations with precision and accuracy\nAnalyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for process improvement\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and standard operating procedures\nTroubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance when necessary\nCollaborate with production and quality assurance teams to address testing concerns and implement corrective actions\nMaintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace\nAssist in calibrating and validating laboratory instruments\n **Required:**\nProven experience conducting laboratory testing and quality control analysis\nKnowledge of particleboard manufacturing processes or wood product industry standards\nProficiency in operating laboratory equipment and analytical instruments\nStrong data analysis and record-keeping skills\nExceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities\nSolid understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements\nAbility to follow standard operating procedures consistently\nAbility to use power tools, measuring devices and other hand tools\nCompetent technical communication and report-writing skills\n**Preferred:**\nExperience with statistical analysis and quality control methodologies\nFamiliarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS)\nBackground in equipment calibration and validation\nKnowledge of industry-specific testing standards
