4 off shift pattern, 12hr shifts.\n This role is key in achieving daily operational performance, in compliance with site permits & permissions, and company policies and procedures.\nProvide constant supply to PB & MDF Production facilities\nStock rotation, ensuring that the first material in, is the first out.\nEnsuring a high standard of Health & Safety is maintained on site, being proactive to keep themselves and other site users free from harm.\nResponsible for the safe operation of mobile plant and processing plant on site, including completion of pre-start checks, daily maintenance, and cleaning plant & equipment.\nUndertaking visual inspections on inbound loads to ensure the material is in accordance with the Material Acceptance Criteria, reporting any non-conforming loads to site management.\nEngaging with site management to identify & implement continuous improvement.\nOccasional record keeping, including weighbridge operation.\n Essential\nExperience operating mobile plant\nGood driving practices\nFull UK Drivers license\nMobile plant operator certificate for wheeled loading shovel and 360 grab\nExcellent timekeeping\nStrong work ethic\nSelf-disciplined\nGood
