- Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OHS regulations,
- Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures,
- Investigating accidents and incidents and implementing corrective actions,
- Providing safety training to employees,
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records,
- Collaborating with management and employees to create a safe work environment.

- Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, relevant BcS degree (preferably forest industry or chemicals production related bachelor’s degree).
- Fluency in English is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE department, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of fire safety and fire systems is a plus,
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- Valid driver's license,
- Flexibility to work varying hours and field areas as required.
