You just found your new professional opportunity!\nWe are currently looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Energy center, a technical person who can also cooperate with the production side in terms of repair, maintenance and optimization of equipment performance and which main responsibilities are:\nSupervision of structural and functional monitoring of installations,\nEnergy balance monitoring of energy production facilities,\nActive participation in start up and operator staff training on a new boiler facility, \nAdjustment of technology process parameters and machine parameters,\nSupervision of efficiency of the process, and of all activities carried out by subordinate employees to ensure their correctness,\nSupport the Energy manager in achieving production objectives,\nMonthly reporting preparation and review. \nThis position also includes to be responsible for organizing, preparing and conducting his tasks by always insuring that his team is working safely and under the best working environment.\nAnother important role related to this position is the R&D side, which includes:\nCreation of the policy focused on the development of the research and development area,\nDevelopment, implementation and execution of R&D strategies,\nOperational management by developing and supervising the implementation of Cooperation with external research units,\nImplementation of research and development works which aim is the optimization of production processes by improving the quality, the efficiency and some other production indicators. \n In order to be fully able to embrace this role, you need to meet the following expectations:\nEngineering diploma,\nA previous experience on a similar position among a manufacturing company, \nIndependent command of MS office,\nReady to do several business trips,\nAbility to synchronize tasks, to work under pressure but always with a good organization. \nYou are fluent in English and
