Shared Service Center for Global Procurement

• Collaborate with Kronospan’s global Product Planning teams and lead buyers to identify purchasing needs, define optimal order quantities, and align on consumption and pricing
• Process internal purchase demands and create purchase orders in the company ERP system
• Transmit and prioritize approved purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and timely confirmation
• Track order acknowledgements, prepare and communicate shortage and backlog reports, and proactively inform internal stakeholders of potential supply interruptions
• Ensure compliance with supplier contracts and agreements, and report any non-conformances.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment of materials and maintain continuity of supply
• Coordinate planning and forecasting activities for Kronospan plants, maintaining effective communication with suppliers
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses to support purchasing decisions and management reporting

• University degree (preferably in Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field)
• Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is considered an advantage
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools - particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and drive process improvements
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across international teams
