Level II\nExperienced CNC Operator\nThe Level II CNC Operator should have hands-on CNC experience and be comfortable operating machines with limited supervision.\nResponsibilities\nIndependently operate CNC machining equipment\n\nPerform machine setups and change tooling as required\n\nRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions\n\nMake basic machine offsets and adjustments\n\nInspect finished parts to ensure specifications and tolerances are met\n\nUse calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment\n\nIdentify basic machining or quality problems and make appropriate adjustments\n\nMonitor tooling and replace worn tools when necessary\n\nMaintain accurate production and quality records\n\nFollow all safety, quality, and production standards\n\nLevel II Qualifications\nPrevious CNC machine operation experience\n\nExperience performing basic CNC setups\n\nAbility to read blueprints and understand tolerances\n\nComfortable using precision measuring instruments\n\nKnowledge of machine offsets and tooling changes\n\nAbility to work independently and troubleshoot basic production issues\n\nCNC Operator -
