Assignments may include weddings, corporate events, concerts, sporting events, banquets, private parties, and other large gatherings.\nCandidates must have previous bartending experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide friendly and efficient service while maintaining a professional appearance.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to event requirements.\n\nProvide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to event guests.\n\nSet up and break down bar stations before and after events.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.\n\nVerify guest identification and follow all applicable alcohol service laws and regulations.\n\nMonitor alcohol consumption and practice responsible beverage service.\n\nHandle cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems when required.\n\nRestock beverages, ice, glassware, and other bar supplies throughout events.\n\nWork closely with banquet servers, catering teams, and event coordinators to ensure smooth service.\n\nFollow venue policies, food safety guidelines, and event-specific instructions.\n\nRequirements\nPrevious bartending experience required, preferably in hotels, catering, banquets, restaurants, or high-volume event environments.\n\nKnowledge of common cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and standard bartending techniques.\n\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\n\nAbility to work efficiently in busy, high-volume environments.\n\nMust be dependable, punctual, and professional.\n\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\n\nAbility to lift and carry bar supplies as needed.\n\nMust meet all applicable legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.\n\nResponsible alcohol service certification may be required depending on the assignment.\n\nReliable transportation to various event locations.\n\nMust be available for flexible assignments, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\n\nDress Code\nBartenders must maintain a clean and professional appearance.
