or security concerns to management\n\nAssist with other hotel duties as needed\n\nRequirements\nPrevious customer service, hospitality, retail, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred\n\nStrong communication and customer service skills\n\nFriendly, professional, and dependable\n\nComfortable answering phones and speaking with guests\n\nBasic computer and data-entry skills\n\nAbility to learn hotel reservation and property management systems\n\nStrong attention to detail and organization\n\nAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\n\nMust be able to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns\n\nReliable transportation and consistent attendance required\n\nMust be available to work assigned weekends and holidays when
