It’s to deliver better software, faster.\nWe offerCompetitive compensation based on experience and skills\nB2B contract or employment contract\nFlexible working hours\nAn international team working on challenging software projects\nThe opportunity to shape and improve AI-native software development workflows \nZakres obowiązków\nDesign, develop and maintain web applications using Python and modern frontend technologies \n Use Claude Code and AI agents as a primary part of your workflow, from understanding requirements to implementation, testing and delivery\n Break down complex features into manageable tasks and coordinate AI-assisted workflows to deliver them efficiently\n Own features end-to-end: technical decisions, implementation, testing, debugging and production readiness\n Design and integrate REST APIs, external services and LLM-powered functionality\n Work with relational databases, Docker and existing deployment infrastructure\n Investigate problems independently, find root causes and deliver reliable fixes rather than temporary workarounds\n Continuously improve your workflows, tools and automation to speed up development without compromising quality\n Collaborate with developers, QA and product teams, and proactively flag risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement\nWymagania\nPractical experience delivering production software using Python and modern backend frameworks. We care about engineering fundamentals, not framework-specific expertise\n Hands-on experience with Claude Code or comparable agentic coding tools in real development work\n Ability to organise effective AI-assisted workflows: task planning, context management, implementation, testing and verification\n Solid understanding of backend architecture, REST APIs and relational databases\n Practical experience with Docker, Git and modern development workflows\n Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML and CSS (React or Vue is a plus)\n Enough engineering knowledge to critically evaluate AI-generated code and spot incorrect assumptions, security, performance and maintainability risks\n Strong ownership, independence and initiative: you take responsibility for results and can work through ambiguity\n Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, curiosity and an efficiency-oriented mindset\n Clear communication and the ability to work in an international team\n Availability to work on a Pacific Time (PT) schedule\n\nNice to have:\nExperience building custom Claude Code workflows, subagents, skills or development automation\nExperience coordinating multiple AI agents or
