influence how quality assurance is organized and continuously improved.\nZakres obowiązków\nTake ownership of QA activities, from requirement analysis and risk assessment to release verification.\nIndependently plan, prioritize and execute testing based on business impact and technical risk.\nDesign and perform exploratory and manual tests, focusing on areas where human judgment provides the most value.\nUse Claude and AI-assisted workflows extensively to analyze requirements, generate test scenarios, support test automation and investigate potential issues.\nDevelop and maintain automated tests using Playwright, particularly for regression coverage and repetitive testing.\nTest APIs using Postman and other appropriate tools.\nInvestigate issues across development, staging and production environments using logs and monitoring tools such as Sentry, Grafana and Datadog.\nWork with Azure DevOps to track issues, verify changes and support release processes.\nCollaborate proactively with developers and product teams to identify ambiguities, edge cases and potential problems before they reach testing.\nContinuously improve QA workflows, reducing repetitive manual work and shortening feedback cycles without compromising quality.\nWymagania\nSeveral years of commercial QA experience, with the ability to independently own testing at a senior level.\nExcellent understanding of software testing principles, exploratory testing, risk-based testing and test design.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to identify problems that are not explicitly described in requirements.\nExperience testing REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.\nPractical experience with test automation, preferably Playwright.\nConfidence investigating technical issues using logs, monitoring tools and available diagnostic information.\nAbility to use AI tools effectively in everyday work, going beyond simple prompts to build repeatable, efficient testing workflows.\nA proactive mindset: you identify risks, challenge unclear requirements and propose improvements rather than waiting for assigned test cases.\nStrong independence, ownership and the ability to prioritize work in a rapidly changing environment.\nClear communication skills and English at C1 level.\nReadiness to work on-site at our Rzeszów office.\nNice to have\n Experience building AI-assisted testing workflows using Claude or similar tools.\n Experience with agent-based workflows or AI-supported test automation.\n Experience with financial, accounting or other complex
