You will work closely with business development, R&D, product management, finance, legal, and leadership teams to prepare compelling proposals, coordinate responses to customer requests, and ensure the timely submission of high-quality bids.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.\n4 + years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, business development support, contracts administration, or a similar role.\nExperience working within technology, engineering, aerospace, defense, software, telecommunications, or other high-tech industries.\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative productivity tools.\nAbility to work independently while effectively engaging cross-functional teams.\nResponsibilities:\nMonitor and identify relevant business opportunities, tenders and procurement notices.\nCoordinate the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity assessment through proposal submission.\nAnalyze customer requirements and create bid compliance matrices.\nCollaborate with technical, commercial, and operational teams to develop competitive proposal responses.\nGather, organize, and maintain proposal content, templates, case studies, and supporting documentation.\nPrepare executive summaries, technical narratives, commercial responses, and submission packages.\nEnsure all proposals comply with customer requirements, submission guidelines, and deadlines.\nCoordinate bid reviews, approval processes, and stakeholder sign-offs.\nSupport pricing and commercial proposal development together with finance and business teams.\nMaintain bid tracking tools, opportunity pipelines, and proposal repositories.\nConduct post-submission analysis and capture lessons learned to continuously improve bid quality and win rates.\nSupport partnerships, consortium bids, and subcontractor coordination when required.\nBenefits\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an exceptional opportunity to bring your own daring concepts to life.
