If you’re ready to work on real-world problems, push the limits of technology, and leave your mark on the future of connectivity - this is your moment!\nKey responsibilities:\nManagement and delivery manufacturing projects and programs, blending technical leadership with structured project management. \nManage project budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and strategic roadmap planning in alignment with company goals \nAbility to work across NPI, Supply Chain, Logistic teams and multidisciplinary R&D environments \nLead and participate in rigorous design reviews, ensuring appropriate subject matter expert engagement. \nAct as a key technical resource: assess and update the company's technology road map, identify key new technical areas for the company. \nDrive disciplined handoff from engineering to manufacturing through close collaboration with manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and production test engineering. \nContributing to or authoring proposals and participating in business capture efforts. \nRequirements\nBachelors degree in electrical engineering, hardware engineer, aerospace or related field \nMinimum of 7 years of progressive Project Management experience in hardware or electronic manufacturing \nStrong understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes, testing methodologies, supply chain and quality standards \nExperience within Aerospace or Defense and Space domain would be a plus\n Strong leadership skills: ability to understand and collaborate effectively with technical peers, ability to direct the efforts of others, high emotional intelligence with the ability to provide both positive and corrective feedback in a constructive way.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment \nBenefits\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an exceptional opportunity to bring your own daring concepts to life.
