Working closely with People/HR, Recruitment, Marketing, IT, hiring managers, and external partners, you will ensure a smooth, well-coordinated experience while continuously improving our processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nCandidate & Employee Experience: Welcome candidates and new joiners, provide practical support, and ensure a positive first impression. \nOnboarding Coordination: Manage onboarding schedules, meetings, checklists, documentation, and coordination across internal teams. \nAdministration & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, onboarding trackers, templates, and guidance while ensuring confidentiality. \nFeedback & Employer Brand: Conduct new joiner check-ins, gather feedback, and coordinate welcome packs and company merchandise. \nRelocation Support: Assist international employees with BSN registration, municipal requirements, accommodation searches, and relocation arrangements. \nVendor Management: Coordinate external service providers, monitor service quality, and resolve issues efficiently. \nReporting & Improvement: Track onboarding progress and key metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve workflows through better documentation, automation, and standardization. \nRequirements\nPeople-first communication - warm, approachable, and professional with candidates and new joiners. \nAccurate record-keeping and documentation, with a strong eye for consistency across trackers, templates, and employee files. \nAble to juggle multiple onboarding schedules, deadlines, and stakeholders without losing track of details. \nProactive and resourceful to anticipate issues and find practical solutions under time pressure. \nProactive improving workflows through standardization, clearer documentation, and automation. \nFamiliar with Dutch relocation processes, such as BSN registration, municipality requirements, and the local housing market, or the ability to learn them quickly. \nFluent English; Dutch is an advantage. \nExperience supporting international employees or relocation to the Netherlands is a strong plus. \nBenefits\nWhy KRUSH Labs?\nBased in Eindhoven, Netherlands, KRUSH Labs is a privately owned R&D, engineering, and prototyping centre focused on developing next-generation solutions in advanced hardware, embedded systems, wireless communication, sensing, autonomous technologies, AI, and software.\nWe support the complete innovation journey, from research and proof of concept through rapid prototyping, system integration, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
