We are looking for a proactive, professional, and people-oriented Office Manager to become the welcoming face of our organization and help create a smooth, professional and enjoyable workplace.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys being at the center of things. You will combine front-office and reception responsibilities with office management, administration, facilities, coordination, and employee support.

You will be someone who naturally notices what needs to be done, takes ownership and makes things happen - whether that means welcoming an important visitor, organizing an office event, coordinating suppliers or making sure the office runs smoothly day to day.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors, clients, and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.

• Take day-to-day ownership of the office and workplace environment.

• Coordinate office supplies, equipment, catering and other workplace needs.

• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility-related matters.

• Ensure the office is organized, presentable, and well-functioned.

• Manage and coordinate all incoming deliveries and packages.

Technical Qualifications Required

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as management assistant, office manager, or secretary;

• Strong skills in planning, organizing, and communicating;

• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented;

• You value structure but are also able to adapt flexibly.

• Good computer skills and familiarity with standard office tools.

• Fluent or strong English; Dutch is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
