If you’re ready to work on real-world problems, push the limits of technology, and leave your mark on the future of connectivity - this is your moment!\nKey responsibilities:\nManagement and delivery complex engineering projects and programs, blending technical leadership with structured project and program management. \nManage project budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and strategic roadmap planning in alignment with company goals \nAbility to work across RF, Embedded, FPGA teams and multidisciplinary environments \nLead and participate in rigorous design reviews, ensuring appropriate subject matter expert engagement. \nWork with the Product Owner to define technical requirements \nApply strong working knowledge of adjacent disciplines -power electronics, digital electronics, mechanical engineering, and firmware/software to ensure board- and system-level success. \nAct as a key technical resource: assess and update the company's technology road map, identify key new technical areas for the company. \nDrive disciplined handoff from engineering to manufacturing through close collaboration with manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and production test engineering. \nContributing to or authoring proposals and participating in business capture efforts. \nRequirements\nBachelors degree in electrical engineering, hardware engineer, aerospace or related field \nMinimum of 10 years of progressive hardware engineering experience, preferably in aerospace, defence, or regulated manufacturing, including 3 -5 years in leadership/management experience. \nExperience with MIMO radar or beamforming or automotive radar systems\nTechnical expertise across RF, FPGA, and Embedded \n Strong leadership skills: ability to understand and collaborate effectively with technical peers, ability to direct the efforts of others, high emotional intelligence with the ability to provide both positive and corrective feedback in a constructive way. \nAbility to balance technical rigor with execution speed in a fast-paced start up environment. \nBenefits\nWhy KRUSH Labs?\nBased in Eindhoven, KRUSH Labs is a privately owned R&D, engineering, and prototyping center where multidisciplinary teams develop next-generation solutions in advanced hardware, embedded systems, wireless communication, sensing, autonomous technologies, AI, and software.\nWe support the complete innovation journey, from research and proof of concept to rapid prototyping, system integration, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
