We're looking for someone who wants to work across the whole analytics workflow. That means building the pipelines and data models the business relies on, and turning that data into insights that drive decisions.\nA large part of your time will go into building and maintaining data pipelines in dbt and Dagster. The rest you'll spend close to the business: building dashboards, digging into analyses and helping stakeholders act on what the data shows.\nThe breadth is intentional. The role suits someone a couple of years into their data career who enjoys both writing clean, tested code and figuring out what the numbers actually mean.\nYou'll join our friendly and knowledgeable Analytics team, with colleagues in Sweden, France and the UK, and work with data from our tech products and healthcare operations across Europe.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild, test and maintain data pipelines and models in dbt, orchestrated with Dagster\n\nSet up new data flows and make sure our data is reliable, documented and easy to use\n\nMaintain the business operations model that tracks our key metrics, and flag issues quickly when something looks off\n\nBuild dashboards in Looker and develop the LookML behind them\n\nTake on analyses, from quick questions to deep dives, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in areas such as marketing, operations and product\n\nHelp design and evaluate A/B tests using SQL and Python\n\nYour first few months will focus on getting to know our data, our stack and how we work, with plenty of support from the team.\nWhere you can grow\nBecause the role spans the whole analytics workflow, you'll have room to find your direction over time.
