laptop/desktop migration\nAssist end users with device login, credential validation, and first access post migration\nProvide physical console access, rebooting, and power cycling of devices as instructed by remote engineers\nPerform basic physical troubleshooting including power, cabling, and port level checks\nVerify that migrated devices are accessible and functional for end users post migration.\nIdentify, document, and escalate migration related issues to the appropriate remote support teams.\nSupport immediate post migration hyper care and ensure unresolved issues are addressed\nAdhere to site security, safety policies, and follow defined migration runbooks and escalation paths.\nExperience in mapping the shared drives and troubleshooting outlook issues\nL1 troubleshooting of user profile
