Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a SAP Business One Functional Consultant with 4-8 years of experience to support and enhance SAP Business One operations across multiple global entities.

The consultant will work closely with senior functional consultants and business stakeholders to provide functional support, participate in implementation projects, analyse business requirements, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong SAP Business One functional knowledge, hands-on support experience, and exposure to implementation projects within a multinational and structured working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Support

• Provide day-to-day SAP Business One functional support to business users.
• Analyse and resolve functional issues related to Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and Service processes.
• Support incident, change request, and enhancement activities.
• Assist users in adopting SAP Business One best practices.

Project & Implementation Support

• Participate in SAP Business One implementation and rollout projects.
• Support requirement gathering, testing, user training, and go-live activities.
• Assist senior consultants in solution design and business process mapping.
• Support data validation and user acceptance testing activities.

Business Process Analysis

• Understand business requirements and suggest standard SAP Business One solutions.
• Participate in process improvement and template standardisation initiatives.
• Support documentation of business processes and functional specifications.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with Senior Consultants, Technical Consultants, and Key Users.
• Coordinate with international business users and stakeholders.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement activities.

Documentation

• Prepare user guides, test scripts, SOPs, and training materials.
• Maintain system and process documentation.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 4-8 years of SAP Business One functional consulting experience.
• Experience in SAP Business One support activities.
• Exposure to SAP Business One implementation or rollout projects.
• Experience working with multinational clients or within an MNC environment.

Functional Knowledge

Exposure to one or more of the following areas:

• Finance & Controlling
• Sales
• Purchasing
• Inventory Management
• Production
• Service Management

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in a structured corporate environment.
• Ability to work effectively within large cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting multiple company databases or legal entities is preferred.
• Independent project handling experience will be an added advantage.
• SAP Business One certification will be an advantage.
