The position combines hands-on field service, customer relationship management, and revenue ownership for new equipment, spares, and services.\nKey Responsibilities\nField Service & Technical Support\nVisit key mining customer sites within the allocated region to provide:\nInstallation support, start-up, and commissioning supervision\n\nTroubleshooting, breakdown support, overhauling, and rectification\n\nModifications and performance improvement solutions\n\nSupport customers during erection and commissioning phases to ensure reliable and safe operation of slurry pumps.\n\nCollect and analyze application- and operation-related slurry pump data to identify critical issues and improvement opportunities.\n\nUnderstand customer pain points and propose effective technical, replacement, and aftermarket service solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.\n\nInstalled Base Management & Business Development\nPreserve and monitor the installed base through regular customer site visits.\n\nIdentify opportunities for pump replacement, upgrades, and expansion to increase product footprint.\n\nGroom aftermarket business by promoting service offerings, spares, and refurbishment solutions.\n\nIdentify service needs at customer sites and proactively promote service contracts and maintenance solutions.\n\nSales, Revenue & Performance Management\nOwn and drive revenue targets for:\nNew equipment sales\n\nAftermarket spares\n\nServices and service contracts\n\nMonitor sales KPIs, review performance, and develop action plans to achieve targets.\n\nUse data-driven insights to forecast sales and improve business performance.\n\nSupport preparation of standard and customized service offers based on site requirements.\n\nCustomer Relationship & Account Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key mining customers and strategic partners.\n\nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective account management practices.\n\nPresent collected information related to claims and complaints to After-Sales teams and support implementation of corrective actions.\n\nKnowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement\nGather and document customer practices, application data, and salvaging techniques used at site.\n\nPrepare case studies and technical documentation to be used as training and knowledge-sharing material.\n\nPresent insights and findings internally to improve products, services, and solutions.\n\nCollaboration & Reporting\nCollaborate closely with Zonal Managers and cross-functional teams across regions & H.O.\n\nProvide periodic reports on service activities, installed base status, pump population, opportunities, and revenue.\n\nPerform any other assignments as directed by superiors from time to time.\n\nReport directly to the RAC Head -
