By aligning with policies and project requirements. Coordinate and communicate with respective stakeholders for timely delivery.\nSupplier Performance Management: Monitor and assess supplier performance through KPIs, ensuring On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Quality. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues on time.\nInventory Management: Develop and implement stocking policies, including Reorder Level (ROL) and safety stock management. Optimize inventory levels, ensuring cost efficiency while avoiding stockouts.\nDocument Management:\nEnsure the first submission of necessary documentation (e.g., contracts, drawings, etc.) is complete and on time.\nCollaborate with the contract management team to expedite the approval process for documentation and drawings.\nEnsure the timely receipt of materials from suppliers as per the project schedule.\nSupplier Relationship Management (SRM): Drive the Supplier Relationship Management process, Regular review and MBR (Monthly Business Review) to assess supplier capabilities and resolve any operational challenges.\nCoordination with MRP and Other Functions: Work closely with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and other departments to ensure alignment on material availability and ensure the project requirements are met.\nProject Kick-Off and Review Meetings: Participate in project kick-off meetings and regular project reviews to track progress, address concerns, and ensure procurement-related milestones are met.\nLean Practices and Operational Efficiency: Adopt lean practices and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency. Support process automation, such as ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation), to enhance procurement workflows.\nSupply Chain Visibility and Digitalization: Enhance supply chain visibility by implementing digital tools and systems.
