various system circulars as applicable\n· Collections and coordination to ensure debtors outstanding are reasonable and in line with cash requirements\n· Control on bank guarantees, Channal Financing, C & F godowns etc.\n· Ensuring compliance on Direct & Indirect tax including GST\n· Ensuring coverage of insurance as per rules & regulations\n· Preparation of budget, MIS, and coordination of Financial & Accounting matters for KSB Tech\nQualification & Experience:\nFormal education:\nQualified Chartered Accountant (CA)\nExperience in growth oriented Indian companies with multi plant scenario is preferred\n15-20 years of work experience\nDefined competencies:\nBusiness Acumen\nProvide Leadership & effective communication with the teams\nEngage & work on development of the
