product demos, technical discussions, and solution presentations.\n· Ensure timely resolution of customer and project-related issues.\nOperational & Reporting Responsibilities\n· Prepare MIS, forecasts, contractor status, and business analytics.\n· Ensure compliance with company policies and financial norms.\n· Coordinate with logistics, service, and execution teams.\nRequired Skills & Competencies\n· Strong knowledge of solar pumping systems and contractor-driven project business.\n· Technical understanding of agricultural pumping and irrigation solutions.\n· Deep experience and market knowledge of North India.\n· Team leadership and people management skills.\n· Analytical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.\n· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and tender portals.\nEducation & Experience\n· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical (preferred).\n· MBA in Marketing or Energy Management (preferred).\n· 8-15 years of experience in Solar / Agri .\n· Minimum 8-10 years of team handling experience.\n· Proven ability to manage turnover of ₹150-200 crore.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n· Achievement of ₹200 crore solar business target.\n· Dealer
