サーキュレーションでは、「知のめぐりをよくする」ため、プロの持つ知見をシェアするプロシェアリングの事業を行っています。 これまでは対面でのコンサルティング事業が中心でしたが、新たにWebサービスを展開することで、新しい働き方を広めたり、地方創生を加速していきたいと考えています。 今後いくつかのWebサービスを立ち上げて行く予定ですが、まずは最初のサービスとして、2021年8月に副業/フリーランスを管理するSaaS「PROBASE」をリリースしました。（https://probase.work/） これから本格的にグロースをしていくために、開発組織のマネージメントをお任せしたいと思っております。またCTOとして、全社の10年後を見据えたIT戦略を経営陣と共に策定いただきたいと思っております。\n業務内容\n想定業務 ・テクノロジー活用観点での経営への提案 ・ DX/技術/開発組織/データロードマップ、投資計画の策定 ・ テクノロジー軸でのWEBサービス企画、新規事業開発 ・ セキュリティ、ITガバナンスの方針、設計、運用 ・ 提供サービスに沿った最適な技術選定、アーキテクチャ設計 ・ 開発組織設計（web＋IT推進） ・ 想定開発工数の見積もり ・ 開発マネジメント\n組織構成： 今後スピード感を持って組織を拡大させていきます。新規サービス組織を同時に作っていける、とてもダイナミックな環境です。
