Whether you’re expanding your skills, tackling new challenges, or making an impact beyond the office, we provide the resources and support to help you grow in the direction that’s right for you.\nAt KSM, your contributions matter - not just to the firm, but to your colleagues, clients, and the communities we serve across the U.S. If you’re looking for a place where you can do meaningful work, build lasting relationships, and grow in ways that align with what’s most important to you, we’d love to meet you.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and develop the Advisory Support Coordinator team, including workload balancing, prioritization, coaching, and performance management.\nMonitor service quality, responsiveness, and consistency across the support function.\nDevelop, document, and maintain Advisory standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.\nEstablish and maintain operational standards that improve consistency and reduce administrative complexity across Advisory.\nLead continuous process improvement initiatives that improve scalability and operational efficiency.\nMeasure the effectiveness of operational improvements and adjust processes based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.\nLead cross-functional operational projects impacting multiple Advisory practices.\nCoordinate implementation of new operational processes, technologies, and firm initiatives.\nPartner with Firm Operations (IT, People Operations, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to execute Advisory initiatives.\nSupport operational integration activities associated with acquisitions, new service offerings, and organizational changes.\nServe as a trusted operational advisor to Advisory Practice Leaders.\nRecommend operational improvements that support practice growth and scalability.\nPartner with leadership to create consistent engagement letter and client take-on processes across Advisory.\nHelp remove operational barriers that allow professionals to focus on client service.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, project management, or professional services operations.\nPrevious experience leading people and managing direct reports.\nExperience documenting business processes and developing standard operating procedures.\nStrong project management, organizational, and change management skills.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
