Network Operations Engineer to join their Telecommunications Infrastructure team.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of network circuits and connectivity services across multiple telecommunications providers, supporting network operations, and ensuring the integrity of our connectivity inventory.\nThis role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about networking and telecommunications technologies and wish to build a career in enterprise networking and infrastructure operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain and update the inventory of network circuits and connectivity services across multiple providers. \nRecord, track, and manage circuit information, including service IDs, bandwidth, locations, contracts, and provider details. \nCoordinate with telecommunications providers regarding service activations, upgrades, incidents, and cancellations. \nMonitor the lifecycle of network connections and ensure accurate documentation. \nAssist in the validation and auditing of network inventory data. \nSupport network teams during circuit provisioning and migration activities. \nCreate and maintain operational reports and dashboards related to connectivity services. \nParticipate in troubleshooting connectivity issues by gathering and validating information from providers and internal stakeholders. \nEnsure all network documentation remains accurate and up to date. \nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nDegree or Diploma in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field. \n0-2 years of experience in Networking, Telecommunications, IT Operations, or Technical Support. \nBasic understanding of networking concepts and TCP/IP fundamentals. \nFamiliarity with WAN connectivity technologies. \nGood analytical and organizational skills. \nAbility to manage multiple tasks and maintain high attention to detail. \nGood written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English. \nTechnical Knowledge\nUnderstanding of telecommunications technologies such as: \nxDSL \nFTTH (Fiber to the Home) \nDedicated Fiber Circuits \nEthernet Services \nWireless Connectivity \nSatellite Connectivity (e.g., Starlink) \nBasic understanding of: \nBandwidth and throughput \nLatency and packet loss \nNetwork availability and redundancy \nFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to telecommunications providers and ISP environments. \nFamiliarity with ticketing systems and IT Service Management processes. \nExperience with inventory, asset, or circuit management platforms. \nRelevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent will be considered a plus. \nSoft Skills\nStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. \nExcellent organizational and time management skills. \nProblem-solving mindset. \nAbility to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. \nEagerness to learn and develop networking
