You will lead a small engineering pod, shape solutions with clients, and own delivery of production-grade conversational and agentic AI products. You bring deep knowledge of at least one business domain and turn its problems into well-designed software.\n\nKey responsibilities : \n\n- Lead design and development of fullstack applications using React with Node.js or Python back ends.\n\n- Build conversational AI and agentic AI features using LangChain (and LangGraph or similar), including tool calling, RAG, memory and multi-step workflows.\n\n- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, estimates and delivery plans; contribute to proposals and solution walkthroughs.\n\n- Own application design : APIs, data models, front-end architecture, prompt and agent design, and integration with LLM providers.\n\n- Deploy and run applications on cloud-native platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) using containers, serverless, managed AI services and CI/CD.\n\n- Lead, mentor and review the work of a team of 4-8 engineers; set coding standards and drive engineering best practices.\n\n- Ensure quality, security, observability and cost-efficiency of AI applications, including LLM evaluation, guardrails and monitoring.\n\n- Act as the main technical point of contact for client stakeholders; communicate progress, risks and trade-offs clearly.\n\n- Apply domain expertise to identify high-value AI use cases and shape product direction.\n\nRequired skills and experience : \n\n- 7+ years of professional software development, with solid fullstack delivery experience.\n\n- Strong expertise in React (hooks, state management, TypeScript) and Node.js and/or Python (FastAPI, Express, NestJS or similar).\n\n- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience building conversational AI and agentic AI applications using LangChain.\n\n- Working knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini or similar), prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases and RAG patterns.\n\n- Must have cloud-native experience on at least one of Google Cloud, AWS or Azure.\n\n- Mandatory hands-on DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure automation, release management and production monitoring.\n\n- Expertise in at least one business domain (e.g., BFSI, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, logistics, telecom).\n\n- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to quality, ideally in client-facing or consulting environments.\n\n- Solutioning mindset : able to break down ambiguous problems and propose pragmatic, scalable solutions.\n\n- Excellent design skills across system design, API design and UI/UX sensibility.\n\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nNice to have : \n\n- Experience with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen or Model Context Protocol (MCP).\n\n- Exposure to LLMOps tooling such as LangSmith, Langfuse or Arize.\n\n- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud).\n\n- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and team leadership in distributed teams.\n\nEducation : Bachelor's or master's
