professional communication, regular follow-ups, and effective problem-solving.\nCoordinate with internal teams, technicians, and installation teams to ensure timely service delivery.\nConduct site inspections and prepare service reports and maintenance records.\nHandle breakdown maintenance, warranty claims, and equipment replacement coordination.\nEnsure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.\nProvide technical guidance to customers regarding system operation and basic maintenance.\nCandidate Requirements\nExperience: 6 months to 3 years in Solar O&M, solar service, or electrical maintenance.\nEducation: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred.\nStrong technical knowledge of solar inverters, rooftop installations, and electrical troubleshooting.\n Good customer coordination, communication, and relationship management skills are essential.\nAbility to handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.\nWillingness to travel for site visits and field service activities.\nA two-wheeler and valid driving licence
