This role partners closely with application development, infrastructure, security, and product teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and automated cloud solutions across AWS and Azure environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nCloud Architecture & Design\nDefine target-state cloud architectures and reference architecture standards.\n\nDesign highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure.\n\nDrive the adoption of cloud-native technologies and cloud modernization initiatives.\n\nReview application architectures to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.\n\nPlatform Engineering\nArchitect and maintain Kubernetes platforms, including Amazon EKS and Azure AKS.\n\nDevelop reusable infrastructure patterns using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\n\nEstablish platform standards, governance controls, and operational guardrails.\n\nDrive platform automation and enable self-service capabilities.\n\nSite Reliability Engineering (SRE)\nDefine reliability, availability, and performance objectives.\n\nLead proactive resilience engineering and capacity planning initiatives.\n\nImplement observability, monitoring, logging, and incident response capabilities.\n\nConduct operational readiness reviews and provide production support guidance.\n\nCI/CD & DevOps\nDesign and govern CI/CD solutions using Harness, GitHub Enterprise, Artifactory, and related tools.\n\nEstablish deployment standards and release automation strategies.\n\nEnable secure and reliable software delivery pipelines.\n\nPartner with development teams to improve deployment reliability and delivery velocity.\n\nResilience Engineering\nDefine testing standards for failure scenarios and recovery validation.\n\nDevelop reliability dashboards and governance processes.\n\nCloud Security & Compliance\nCollaborate with security teams to establish and maintain cloud security controls.\n\nSupport the implementation of workload protection and compliance requirements.\n\nEvaluate cloud security tools and cloud-native security capabilities.\n\nEnsure cloud architectures align with enterprise risk management and audit requirements.\n\nTechnical Leadership\nProvide architectural guidance to engineering and operations teams.\n\nMentor engineers and fellow architects.\n\nLead technical architecture reviews and design workshops.\n\nDrive strategic cloud transformation initiatives.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nAWS and/or Azure cloud architecture\n\nKubernetes platforms, including EKS, AKS, and OpenShift\n\nTerraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) platforms\n\nCI/CD technologies, including Harness, GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, and related tools\n\nLinux administration\n\nCloud networking and security\n\nObservability tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana\n\nSite Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and incident management\n\nEnterprise architecture and governance\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience working with large-scale enterprise cloud environments\n\nBackground in financial services or other regulated industries\n\nMulti-cloud architecture experience\n\nUnderstanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)\n\nPlatform engineering and developer enablement\n\nCloud security and compliance frameworks\n\nLeadership Expectations\nDrive architectural decisions and technical strategy.\n\nInfluence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.\n\nBalance innovation, risk, reliability, and operational efficiency.\n\nServe as a technical escalation point for critical platform issues.\n\nLanguage Requirements\nAdvanced English proficiency is mandatory for this
