Candidates should have experience leading network upgrades, migrations, change management activities, and disaster recovery (DR) initiatives.\nThe successful candidate must be able to perform detailed root cause analyses and maintain accurate network documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and network architecture diagrams.\nRequired Technical Skills\nL3 Network Support & Troubleshooting: Advanced production support, complex incident resolution, and problem management.\n\nCisco & Juniper Networking: Strong hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies.\n\nRouting & Switching: In-depth knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs, and STP.\n\nSD-WAN: Experience supporting and troubleshooting SD-WAN environments.\n\nPalo Alto Firewalls & VPNs: Hands-on experience with firewall administration, VPN connectivity, and troubleshooting.\n\nF5 Load Balancers: Experience managing and troubleshooting F5 load-balancing solutions.\n\nLAN/WAN & Data Center Networking: Design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure.\n\nNetwork Security: Strong understanding of network security technologies and best practices.\n\nRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) & Performance Optimization: Ability to identify underlying issues, optimize network performance, and support capacity planning.\n\nNetwork Upgrades,
