# Senior Network Engineer

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Network Engineer with hands-on experience providing advanced production support, resolving complex network incidents, managing recurring issues, and conducting root cause analysis (RCA). The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing, implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless (Wi-Fi), and data center networks, with strong technical proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, and F5 technologies. A solid understanding of routing and switching protocols, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs, and Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), is essential. This role also requires hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, network security, performance tuning, and capacity planning. Candidates should have experience leading network upgrades, migrations, change management activities, and disaster recovery (DR) initiatives. The successful candidate must be able to perform detailed root cause analyses and maintain accurate network documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and network architecture diagrams.
