Responsibilities:\nResponsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality\nPossess strong technical design capabilities\nEnsure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications\nCoordinate M&E services and prepare CCSM/SEM models and drawings for submission\nIntegration of Civil, Architectural and M&E elements and coordinate technical designs with consultants during design development for projects and tenders\nPlan and lead sub-contractors to drive the timely completion of project deliverables and objectives\nPrepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works\nProvide technical advice and resolve all M&E technical issues\nReporting the progress of M&E works and arranging site inspections with system-wide contractors, sub-contractors and clerk-of-works\nAdhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace\nEnsure safety and housekeeping is to be maintained to the highest standard\nUndertake other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned\nJob Requirements:\nCandidate must possess Specialist Diploma in M&E or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering\nAt least 5 years of working experience in an A1 Main Contractor in an underground MRT project and must be accepted by LTA as M&E Coordinator\nSkills\nConstruction, Technical Troubleshooting, Electrical Design, Technical and Engineering Design, Project Planning, Electrical Drawing, project progress reports, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technical
