Stay current on changes with products and vendors.\nAssist in reviewing contracts and amendments of vendors as needed. Stay up to date on the progress of implementation of new products and features.\nPeriodically evaluate all third-party vendors for cost. Assist in the decision of future vendor options.\nTest new products and methods to ensure they function in a way to provide an excellent member experience.\nAssist in training staff and members in all products and features.\nOversee any upgrades or changes made within the Federal Reserve and any applicable Clearing houses.\nFocus on effective and efficient product enhancements.\nAssist in developing, applying, and evaluating policies for all areas with the Payment Operations.\nAssist with establishing and maintaining goals, objectives, benchmarks, accountability, standards, and rewards.\nDemonstrate dependability and a commitment to quality and flexibility to ensure the department needs and Credit Union goals are attained.\nAssist in guiding and managing the Payment Operations Department, including scheduling adequate staff to ensure efficient department operations, conducting performance reviews, coaching employees, maintaining efficient employee relations, and providing additional training, as needed.\nAssist in implementing and monitoring the budgets in relation to Payment Operations.\nAssist in monitoring staff activity, including transactions, volume, and errors.\nAssist in researching and solving staff and member questions and/or problems.\nKeep management informed of any significant problems or concerns.\nWork with vendors to ensure products always meet Credit Union standards.\nFollow all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulations.\nRepresent the Credit Union in a professional manner (including but not limited to appearance, behavior and performance).\nMaintain regular and predictable attendance.\nWork cooperatively with others.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation/Experience - High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
