platform to validate real-world Kubernetes workflows\n\nCollaborate with product and engineering to:\nImprove cluster visibility and UX\n\nDefine troubleshooting and remediation logic\n\nTranslate Kubernetes operational pain into product requirements\n\nAnalyze failures related to:\nUpgrades and API deprecations\n\nConfiguration drift\n\nMisconfigured workloads, networking, storage, or security\n\nContribute to internal tooling, automation, and best practices\n\nAct as a Kubernetes domain expert in product discussions\n\nRequired Experience\nStrong, practical Kubernetes experience (not theoretical)\n\nProven ability to:\nDebug production incidents\n\nReason about control plane vs workload issues\n\nUnderstand real upgrade and lifecycle challenges\n\nSolid knowledge of:\nKubernetes internals\n\nHelm, Kustomize, or GitOps workflows\n\nObservability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, logs, traces)\n\nComfortable working autonomously in a remote, async environment\n\nStrong Plus\nPlatform / SRE / DevOps background in regulated or large-scale environments\n\nExperience operating 10+ clusters\n\nFamiliarity with:\nKubernetes upgrades across multiple
