The team works on advanced systems and electronic solutions supporting aircraft, including navigation, flight controls, and information systems.\nAs a Frontend Software Engineer, you’ll work in a hybrid model in Gdańsk, collaborating with experienced engineers, product owners, UX designers, backend developers, and QA. You’ll develop modern frontend applications using JavaScript and TypeScript, taking ownership of features from implementation and testing through to delivery. You’ll also take part in code reviews, technical discussions, and improving development processes.\nKey responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks\n\nOwn frontend features end-to-end, from implementation and testing to delivery\n\nWrite and maintain unit and integration tests\n\nParticipate in code reviews and share best practices with other engineers\n\nCollaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality user experiences\n\nWork with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and standard branching and merge request workflows\n\nWork in Docker-based development environments and collaborate with DevOps/OS teams\n\nContribute to sprint planning, estimation, technical discussions, and continuous improvement\n\nIdeal candidate profile\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or a related technical field\n\n3+ years of professional experience in frontend development\n\nStrong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend development\n\nExperience with at least two JavaScript frameworks or libraries, with React being preferred\n\nExperience with a component library such as MUI (Material UI)\n\nGood knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3\n\nExperience with frontend unit and integration testing, using tools such as Jest, Vitest, Testing Library, or Cypress\n\nExperience with Git and code review workflows\n\nExperience with React ecosystem technologies such as Next.js, React Query, Redux/RTK, Context, or Hooks is a plus\n\nExperience with Docker and containerized development environments\n\nKnowledge of modern build tools such as Vite or Webpack and frontend performance optimization\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD and test automation\n\nKnowledge of web application security practices, including XSS mitigation, CSP, and secure cookie handling\n\nExperience mentoring other engineers or participating in technical design discussions\n\nFluent English with strong communication skills\n\nConditions\nWork model: hybrid in Gdańsk (2xweek)\n\nEmployment type: UoP\n\nSalary: to be discussed depending on experience\n\nBenefits: medical care, life insurance, trainings, Multisport card\n\nRecruitment steps\nPhone call with Recruiter\n\nInterview with the client (may required 2 rounds)\n\nFeedback and decision\n\nW KUBO naprawdę zależy nam na ludziach.
