Dla naszego klienta z sektora ubezpieczeniowo-finansowego poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko AI Platform Tech Lead, która będzie odpowiedzialna za techniczne prowadzenie rozwoju Platformy AI oraz projektowanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań wykorzystujących technologie GenAI i Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 8 lat doświadczenia w IT, w tym minimum 3 lata w roli Tech Leada, Architekta lub Lidera Technicznego
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i budowie platform AI / GenAI dla dużych organizacji
  • Ekspercka znajomość Microsoft Azure
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning i Azure API Management
  • Doświadczenie z Azure AI Foundry Agent Service
  • Ekspercka znajomość Terraform oraz Infrastructure as Code
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) i środowisk kontenerowych
  • Doświadczenie w budowie rozwiązań wykorzystujących LLM, RAG oraz agentów AI
  • Doświadczenie w obszarze DevOps, MLOps, Observability, Governance i FinOps
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu przeglądów architektonicznych

Requirements

  • Techniczne prowadzenie rozwoju Platformy AI
  • Projektowanie i rozwój rozwiązań GenAI, RAG oraz Agentic AI
  • Definiowanie standardów technologicznych, architektonicznych i operacyjnych
  • Projektowanie architektury platform AI dla dużych organizacji
  • Budowa i rozwój praktyk DevOps, MLOps, Observability oraz FinOps
  • Wspieranie inicjatyw przechodzących z PoC do środowisk produkcyjnych
  • Prowadzenie uzgodnień technicznych i przeglądów architektonicznych
  • Wsparcie oraz mentoring zespołu inżynierów Platformy AI
  • Współpraca z zespołami Cloud, Cybersecurity, Governance, Integracji oraz Architektury
