If you have experience in financial, banking industry - new opportunities are waiting for you from January 2027!\nResponsibilities\nPrevious experience as a Tech Lead, including coordinating the work of a development team.\n\nExperience leading technical discussions with external partners, vendors, or clients.\n\nAbility to make technical decisions and take ownership of integration solution design.\n\nStrong Java expertise and commercial experience at Senior Java Developer level.\n\nExperience in designing and developing systems based on microservices architecture.\n\nHands-on experience integrating external systems using different communication models.\n\nAbility to independently analyse technical documentation provided by vendors and translate requirements into concrete technical and architectural solutions.\n\nEnglish proficiency at C1 level, Polish min. C1\n\nAbility to join the project in January 2027 (must have)\nRequirements\nActing as a Tech Lead and coordinating the work of the development team responsible for banking integrations.\n\nLeading technical discussions with international banks and external integration providers.\n\nAnalysing banks' technical documentation and identifying requirements for individual integrations.\n\nPreparing technical designs for integrations, taking into account the specific characteristics of individual banks and their communication models.\n\nMaking technical decisions regarding integration implementation based on the existing architecture.\n\nCoordinating development activities and ensuring efficient delivery across the team.\n\nSupporting the team in resolving technical challenges and handling non-standard integration scenarios.\n\nOverseeing implementation quality, testing, and production readiness.\n\nEnsuring proper handling of data received from banks, including validation, normalisation, and edge-case management.\n\nCollaborating with other business areas, including Customer Support, to address operational and regulatory requirements in individual markets.\n\nEnsuring appropriate technical documentation and knowledge transfer to the teams responsible for maintaining the solution after each integration is completed.\n\nBenefits\nForm of cooperation: B2B
