Responsibilities

    A few years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in technically complex environments.

    Solid experience in change management and business development.

    Proven track record of structuring and delivering complex projects.

    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as you will work closely with both international and Swedish-speaking stakeholders and customers

Requirements

    Lead and coordinate complex technical projects from planning to implementation and handover.

    Drive change initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement and business development.

    Collaborate closely with technical teams, stakeholders and management to ensure clear scope, priorities and timelines.

    Structure and document project plans, risks, dependencies and status, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

    Ensure that solutions meet both technical requirements and business needs.
