Responsibilities
- 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development with strong backend skills
- Solid hands-on experience with Azure (or strong AWS/GCP background with ability to sharing knowledge)
- Solid experience with distributed systems, messaging, microservices, and integrations
- Practical understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Azure Bicep preferred; Terraform or Pulumi acceptable)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines preferred; GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, TeamCity)
- Comfortable taking responsibility beyond code: infrastructure, integrations, and production support
- Proactive, communicative, and willing to cooperate closely with business (English required)
Requirements
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of .NET backend integrations (business-to-business and application-to-application)
- Build and evolve event-driven, asynchronous integrations, as well as synchronous APIs and file-based flows
- Work in an Azure-native environment, using messaging, serverless (Azure Functions), and microservices
- Own the team’s technology stack, including cloud services, messaging, and microservices; implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions; troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Scrum teams in a SAFe-based setup
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to technical decisions and best practices
