The role focuses on test automation across microservices, integrations, APIs and asynchronous workflows.\nKey responsibilities\nDeveloping and maintaining automated tests using C#/.NET\n\nBuilding and maintaining test frameworks\n\nTesting microservices, distributed systems and asynchronous workflows\n\nDesigning and executing integration and end-to-end tests\n\nTesting event-driven communication and event flows\n\nTesting APIs and asynchronous communication such as webhooks and WebSockets\n\nWorking with SQL and NoSQL databases\n\nInvestigating production issues and performing root cause analysis\n\nSupporting quality across the development lifecycle\n\nCollaborating with Developers, DevOps, Product Owners and other cross-functional team members\n\nUsing AI tools to support testing, automation, analysis and everyday engineering work\n\nIdeal candidate profile\nStrong commercial experience in software testing and QA\n\nSolid experience in test automation, preferably with C#/.NET\n\nExperience in building and maintaining test frameworks\n\nPractical experience with microservices and distributed systems\n\nExperience with event-driven architecture and technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ\n\nExperience testing asynchronous communication and workflows\n\nStrong experience with integration and end-to-end testing\n\nExperience with systems processing large volumes of data\n\nPractical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes\n\nGood knowledge of SQL and experience with NoSQL databases\n\nExperience with root cause analysis and production issue investigation\n\nExperience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban\n\nGood command of English\n\nNice to have\nPlaywright or Selenium\n\nMongoDB or NocoDB\n\nGrafana, Prometheus or Loki\n\nmTLS, IAM or SSO\n\nPerformance testing tools, e.g. k6\n\nOWASP ZAP or Veracode\n\nReact.js\n\nExperience with cloud environments\n\nPractical experience using AI tools in software development or QA\n\nConditions\nB2B contract (long-term)\n\n100% remote work\n\nStart: ASAP\n\n2–4 business trips per year to client's office in Poland/Norway\n\nBenefits: private medical care, sport card, life insurance\n\nBudget: depending on the candidate's experience and skills\n\nRecruitment steps\nPhone call with Recruiter\n\nInterview with the client (may require 2 rounds)\n\nFeedback and decision\n\nW KUBO naprawdę zależy nam na ludziach.
