Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute business development strategies to grow KuCoin Pay’s presence in global markets\nLead merchant acquisition initiatives, identifying and onboarding e-commerce platforms, retail merchants, and digital service providers that accept crypto payments\nBuild and manage partnerships with payment gateways, crypto-friendly PSPs, wallets, and infrastructure providers\nCollaborate with internal product, legal/compliance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth partner integration and execution\nConduct market and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategies and partnership priorities\nNegotiate commercial terms, close deals, and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships\nRepresent KuCoin Pay at blockchain, fintech, and payment industry events to promote brand visibility and business growth\nMonitor KPIs and continuously optimize business development efforts based on performance and feedback\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field\n3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally in crypto, fintech, or payment sectors\nSolid understanding of crypto payment flows, stablecoin settlements, and merchant/on-chain payment infrastructure\nExperience working with or negotiating partnerships with platforms like Triple-A, Binance Pay, or equivalent\nStrong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills\nSelf-starter with the ability to manage complex projects across multiple
