We share the love in how we collaborate, carry everyone along as we grow, break boundaries to challenge what’s possible, and show up every day committed to doing better.\nIf you’re driven by purpose, excited by impact, and ready to help redefine the future of finance in Africa, you’ll feel right at home here.\nJob Objectives:\nProvide first level support for official collaboration and messaging tools.\n Timely response to issues logged on Jira\nSupport/provide technical support to all Kuda personnel on technology-\nbased incidents\n Responding to user requests for assistance, diagnosing and resolving\nbasic hardware and software problems, and escalating complex issues\nto senior staff.\n Installing and configuring software and hardware, ensuring systems are\nup-to-date with security patches and updates, and assisting with the\ndeployment of new applications\n Recording details of user requests, troubleshooting steps, and\nresolutions in a ticketing system or knowledge base.\nChecking the performance and technical support of computers, printers,\nand network devices, CCTV cameras, access doors and escalate issues .\nHelping new employees set up their IT equipment and access and\nremoving access for departing employees.\n Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing issues, and keeping accurate\nrecords.\nFamiliarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS), common\nsoftware applications (Microsoft Office suite), and basic networking\nconcepts\nUser and device access provisioning and management.\n Provide first and second level support for official collaboration and\nmessaging tools.\nManage requests and incidents on official IT Service Management ticketing tool.\nUser provisioning (Onboarding and Off-boarding) and management of official workspaces: Azure, Google workspace, Jira, Nerve, Kuda Suites,\nNotion, Looker, Slack and other platforms for collaboration and messaging.\nManage 3rd party application integration On Azure.\n Manage integrations from Google to other Cloud platforms.\n Ensure effective license management for applicable cloud services.\nProvide user support for Kuda Contact Center functional tools like Xcally.\nDevelop and manage relevant, updated, functional policies and procedures as applicable to the team.\nDevelop and manage functional standard operating manuals across all applicable processes.\nEnsure the availability of an updated asset register\n Put in place security configurations and settings across managed platforms in alignment with global standards.\n Maintain current IT & Compliance processes\nIdentify system requirements, recommend technology purchases, plan and implement services and technologies to improve security and efficiency\nParticipate in disaster recovery testing exercises and business continuity planning for business-critical systems\nResponsibilities:\nFINANCIAL\nDemonstrates effective cost control and a strong savings mindset, while maintaining quality standards.\nPossesses excellent negotiation skills to ensure projects and initiatives are executed at minimal cost with maximum value delivered.\nPROCESS\nTimely response to issues logged on Jira\nManage network support personnel and 3rd party vendors to always ensure availability of link to relevant locations.\nProvision of up-to-date information on the IT equipment (Computer/monitor/printer/switches/routers, UPS, Inverters) asset of the bank always.\nLiaise with other Technology units to provide prompt and efficient technical support for all locations.\nCUSTOMER\nSupport/provide technical support to all Kuda personnel on technology-based incidents\nTEAM\nStrong team player, contributing effectively within the unit to drive collaboration and achieve\nmaximum performance.\nRequirements\n B. Sc. (Computer Science)/B.
