Operating within a high-growth scale-up environment, you will be embedded with large cross-functional teams of 15 to 20 engineers, product managers, and designers.\nYour mission is to champion agile principles, eliminate delivery friction, and foster a high-trust, safe environment where teams consistently produce high-quality financial software. You will serve as the bridge between high-level delivery milestones and day-to-day execution, ensuring squads stay aligned with organizational objectives while navigating the dynamic complexities of the FinTech space.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Agile Facilitation & Team Coaching\nFacilitate core Scrum ceremonies-including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives-for larger cross-functional teams.\nCoach squad members and product owners on agile best practices, backlog prioritization, user story splitting, and effective capacity estimation.\nCultivate a team culture grounded in psychological safety, active accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.\n2. Operational & Delivery Excellence\nProactively identify and resolve delivery blockers, dependencies, and cross-team bottlenecks to maintain high execution velocity.\nPartner with engineering leads to optimize squad workflows and reduce delivery friction across sprint cycles.\nUtilize delivery metrics (such as velocity, burn-down trends, lead time, cycle time, and DORA metrics) to drive data-informed continuous improvement.\n3. Stakeholder Alignment & Scale-Up Execution\nWork closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leadership to ensure sprint goals directly map to high-level product roadmaps.\nMaintain transparent, real-time visibility into sprint progress, risks, and dependencies for key business stakeholders.\nGuide teams through the rapid pace and shifting priorities characteristic of a fast-growing FinTech scale-up.\n4. Compliance & Quality Governance\nSupport squads in maintaining technical excellence and security-first engineering practices without sacrificing delivery momentum.\nEnsure agile processes account for necessary regulatory, compliance, and quality standard checks typical of high-throughput financial systems.\nRequirements\nProven Agile Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in dynamic technology environments.\nScale-Up & FinTech Background: Demonstrable track record of delivering value within high-growth scale-up companies, preferably in the FinTech sector.\nLarge Tribe Leadership: Deep experience facilitating and guiding multi-disciplinary squads (Engineers, QA, Designers, Product Managers).\nHard Skills\nDeep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and modern scaling frameworks.\nAdvanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and delivery tracking tools.\nStrong grasp of software delivery metrics (e.g., flow metrics, DORA metrics) to measure squad health and output.\nPractical understanding of modern software delivery practices (e.g., CI/CD, GitOps, automated testing).\nSoft Skills\nEmpathetic Leadership: A dedication to empowering teams, removing obstacles, and nurturing an inclusive environment.\nClear Communication: Ability to articulate project status, risks, and process optimizations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.\nConflict Resolution & Adaptability: Skillful at navigating team dynamics, resolving friction, and pivoting gracefully in a fast-paced environment.\nBenefits\nAt Kuda, our people are the heart of our business, so we prioritize your welfare.
