The Program Director is responsible for the safety, financial, operational and customer excellence that the distribution centers provide to our customer as well as to Kuehne + Nagel. The Program director will report directly to Consumer Design and Launch Leader.\nHow you create impact\n• Manage safety and initiatives including best practice to support an Incident Frequency Rate (IFR) of \nManage all business unit finances, including achieving monthly targets and provide budget filesinternally.\nEnsure quality and compliance is at the highest level possible through strict process adherence and system functionalities.\nEnsure all SStandard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions meet the operational requirements and minimize any process exposure.\nProvide consistency across both sites in operations including visual management and reporting.\nEnsure all service KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)are meeting or exceeding standards. If not understand root cause and implement corrective action.\nDevelop and present content for QBR’s (Quarterly Business Reviews) in addition to the site managers.\nSupport best practice across both operations.\nProvide network reporting for internal and external requirements.\nCoach, guide and evaluate General Managers and Operations Managers across business unit.\nNegotiate and support with any new business and Statement of Work.\nAbsorb and evaluate customer corporate requests to allow General Managers to run operations.\nDrive continuous improvement within operations. Ensure teams have a pipeline of active and future projects.\nReview and provide guidance on any commercial or legal requirements.\nBuild relationship between customer and Kuehne + Nagel to retain customers business as well as future growth opportunities\nWhat we would like you to bring\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience preferred. \n7 years of experience within Hyperscale industry. \n5+ years of leadership experience within a 3PL or logistics environment. \nDemonstrated experience overseeing multiple distribution or logistics operations simultaneously. \n5 years experience of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial performance. \nDemonstrated experience managing large and complex customer relationships. \nStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, labor management, inventory control, transportation interfaces, and distribution processes. \nWhat's in it for you\nKuehne+Nagel we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues.
