This is a great opportunity for a logistics and supply chain professionals who enjoy solving complext operational challenges, designing warehouse solutions, and working directly with customers.\n\nYou will be part of the Solution Design team within our Contract Logistics business in Turkey, supporting the development of innovative and customer-focused logistics solutions. Working in a fast-paced operational environment with a challenging project agenda, you will design end-to-end operational solutions for customer RFQs, deliver projects utilizing Kuehne+Nagel’s global tools and methodologies, and collaborate closely with national, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will play a key role in translating customer requirements into efficient and scalable logistics solutions while ensuring alignment with Kuehne+Nagel’s strategic vision, values, and organizational culture.\nHow you create impact\nAnalyze and assess logistics processes for existing and new customers;\nDesign and optimize end-to-end warehouse and logistics solutions;\nDevelop warehouse layouts and operational flows using tools such as AutoCAD;\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across logistics operations;\nTranslate customer requirements into efficient and scalable supply chain solutions;\nSupport RFQs and tenders by preparing solution concepts and activity-based cost calculations;\nCollaborate closely with Business Development to create competitive customer proposals;\nPresent technical and operational solutions to customers and stakeholders;\nSupport customer onboarding activities and implementation planning;\nMonitor project implementation to ensure delivery on time and within budget;\nCoordinate issue resolution and manage challenges during implementation phases;\nCreate customer-focused solutions that balance operational, commercial, and financial requirements.\nWhat we would like you to bring\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field;\nMinimum 2 years of Solution Design experience within warehousing or contract logistics;\nStrong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes;\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset;\nFluent Turkish and English communication skills, both written and spoken;\nAdvanced Excel skills, including data analysis and modeling;\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications;\nAdvanced AutoCAD skills for warehouse and layout design;\nAbility to design operationally efficient and customer-focused logistics solutions;\nStrong business acumen with an understanding of commercial and financial drivers;\nExcellent stakeholder management, presentation, and collaboration skills;\nResults-oriented professional with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.\nBecause some stages of the hiring process are carried out in English, we kindly ask all applicants to upload their resume in English\nWhat's in it for you\nAt Kuehne + Nagel you can demonstrate your personal and professional attributes.
