Your mission is to ensure that system functionality stays fully aligned with business requirements, safeguarding business continuity while contributing to a well integrated and reliable system landscape.\n\nIn this role, you'll be a key guardian of system stability, proactively monitoring for any malfunctions and stepping in to resolve issues before they impact operations. Beyond day to day reliability, you'll drive continuous improvement and technological upgrades, shaping the system so it keeps evolving in line with business needs and customer requirements.\nHow you create impact\nMonitoring key WMS parameters to identify eventual issues;\nProvide training on the System to the end users;\nMonitor tickets created by users and troubleshoot eventual issues;\nReport any risk related to the WMS System;\nWork on new Continuous Improvement projects;\nPrepare Functional Requirement Specifications for the development team;\nTest new system features prior to being deployed into the UAT and Production environments;\nMonitor EDI messages between WMS and other Systems\nWhat we would like you to bring\n Independent and team-oriented work style;\nStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skills;\nIT educational background or equivalent technical experience, combined with strong logistics operations knowledge;\nKnowledge of any WMS (Warehouse Management System); experience as a WMS Superuser with the ability to configure and maintain system settings is strongly preferred;\nGood knowledge of databases and SQL;\nKnow-how of EDI;\nAvailability to work in shifts, with flexibility to support on-call duties and occasional weekend coverage when required;\nProficiency in MS Office;\nAdvanced English (written and spoken) is required; any additional language is considered a strong advantage\nWhat's in it for you\nBy joining the Kuehne+Nagel team, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe and stable environment, with a strong focus on physical and mental well-being.
