At Kuehne+Nagel, your contribution goes far beyond the warehouse-it helps shape the flow of global trade.\n\nWe are looking for a Superuser Warehouse Management Systems/Warehouse Control System.\nHow you create impact\nEnsure stable operation, testing, installation, and release management of WMS/WCS applications.\nTrain, support, and troubleshoot for operational and administrative users.\nDefine, create, and monitor reports/queries to improve operational visibility and performance.\nCollaborate with IT, IS functions, solution providers, and helpdesks on systems and projects.\nLead and manage IS-related projects, including new functionalities and customer implementations.\nAct as main IS escalation contact for warehouse operations and liaison to third parties/providers.\nAnalyze KPIs and optimize WMS/WCS parameters to meet customer requirements and improve output.\nDrive customer-focused improvements, change requests, and ensure strong cross-team communication.\nWhat we would like you to bring\nIT-related education or relevant experience in an IT environment.\n1-2 years of independent IT application administration experience.\nStrong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes from inbound to shipping.\nExperience with reporting tools such as Business Objects; EDI knowledge is a plus.\nHighly organized, self-motivated, and administratively strong.\nAnalytical, structured, and detail-oriented working approach.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills; team player with ability to work independently.\nProficient in MS Office with good English and Dutch language skills.\nWhat's in it for you\nAt Kuehne+Nagel you can demonstrate your personal and professional attributes.
