Working in IT at Kuehne+Nagel contributes to more than we imagine.\nMain Responsibilities\nResolve incidents and service requests reported by internal IT teams or monitoring systems through ticketing platforms.\nInvestigate, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues using structured problem-solving approaches.\nProvide solutions within the team's support scope and coordinate with specialized support teams when required.\nEscalate complex incidents and service requests to the appropriate support teams while ensuring proper follow-up.\nCollaborate with other IT teams on service improvements, technology initiatives, and operational activities.\nProvide feedback on recurring issues, operational risks, and opportunities for service improvement.\nParticipate in training and development activities in line with professional growth plans and role requirements.\nFollow established operational procedures, ITSM processes, and ITIL best practices.\nRespect agreed service levels and KPI´s.\nWorking in shifts rotations and on-call support is required.\nOther one-time tasks assigned by Manager.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree Holder of any IT-related course or equivalent of at least 2 years work experience\nExperience in Service Desk, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Support, with strong communication, incident handling, and customer service skills.\nGood understanding of ITIL principles and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.\nGood understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure services and support processes.\nExperience supporting one or more IT infrastructure technologies, such as: \nDatacentersSupporting disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.\n\nNetworkingConfiguration and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.\nManaging routers, switches, VLANs, and network connectivity.\nMonitoring network performance and resolving connectivity issues.\n\nNetwork SecurityAdministration of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network access controls.\nConducting vulnerability assessments and remediation activities.\n\nWindows Server AdministrationInstallation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments.\nManaging Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and file services.\nPerforming patch management, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.\n\nLinux AdministrationManaging Linux servers like Red Hat.\nImplementing security hardening, patching, and performance tuning.\nAutomating administrative tasks through shell scripting.\n\nPhysical Server SupportInstallation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of physical server hardware.\nCoordinating hardware upgrades, and replacements.\nManaging server lifecycle and asset inventories.\n\nDatabase AdministrationAdministration of SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL databases.\nManaging backups, recovery processes, and database performance optimization.\nEnsuring data integrity, security, and availability.\n\nEnterprise PlatformsSupporting enterprise applications and business-critical platforms.\nProviding operational support for ERP, collaboration, and productivity solutions.\n\nWindows Domain AdministrationManaging Active Directory users, groups, computers, and organizational units.\nImplementing identity and access management best practices.\nAdministering authentication services, Group Policies, and domain security.\n\n Public CloudAdministration of cloud services in Microsoft Azure, and AWS.\nSupporting cloud migrations, monitoring, and cost optimization initiatives.\n\nStrong ability to analyze and solve technical problems.\nAbility to learn fast and become proficient with unfamiliar systems.\nAbility to interact with different countries, cultures, clients (internal and external).\nGood communication and presentation skills.\nExcellent English language skills, both written and verbal\nWho we are\nLogistics shapes everyday life - from the goods we consume to the healthcare we rely on.
